We offer sale mandates tailored to your needs, with agency commission varying according to the type of mandate signed.

Standard commission: 3% of the sale price + 17% VAT, payable by the seller.

Included in commission

Rental

We put your property up for rent with an agency commission equivalent to one month’s rent excluding charges, shared equally between the tenant and the owner.

Commission: 1 month’s rent excluding charges + 17% VAT, payable 50% by the tenant and 50% by the owner.
